Gurdwara Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib

Gurdwara Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib, a sacred Sikh shrine, is situated at Gurne Kalan village in Sangrur District of Punjab. It is on the Jakhal- Sunam road, about 8 km north of Jakhal, 6 km south of village Lehra and 30 km from Sunam. This place has been blessed by Guru Tegh Bahadur, who along with his disciples, visited this village on his way to Dhamtan from Talwandi Sabo. Shahidi Divas of Guru Tegh Bahadur is a significant annual event here. Besides this, Dussehra and Baisakhi are also celebrated here with great enthusiasm. Gurne Kalan Railway Station on the Dhuri-Jakhal railway line serves this place.
