Gurdwara Akal Bunga Sahib




Gurdwara Akal Bunga Sahib, located inside the Sisganj Gurdwara complex, is a prominent Sikh pilgrimage in Rupnagar District. After the cremation of the mortal remains of Guru Tegh Bahadur, the ninth Sikh Guru, his son, Guru Gobind Singh addressed a Sikh congregation here. This small shrine with a pentagonal room was built by a Sikh priest, Man Singh in 1889. The nearest railway station is at Nangal.
