Gundlahalli




Gundlahalli village near Nymagondlu in Gowribidanur Taluk of Kolar District is a Jain heritage center, sacred to the Jains.

The main attraction of this scenic hamlet is the Gundlahalli Guttebrahmadeva Jain Temple, dedicated to Shri Gutte Brahmadeva. The stone idol is very attractive and is seen in kayotsarga posture. Numerous devotees in and around Karnataka gather here for the annual puja.

Gundlahalli can be accessed from Kolar and Gowribidanur. Bangalore International Airport is the nearest airport. Kolar Railway Station is the nearest major railway station.
