Gulmarg Golf Club




Started in 1911 by the British as a summer resort, Gulmarg Golf Club is the highest green golf course in India. It is an 18-hole course with a par of 72. The club offers temporary membership, including one-day memberships. The membership allows one to use the clubhouse and restaurant facilities. The Jammu and Kashmir Tourism Development Corporation now manages the club. The nearest Jammu Tawi Railway Station is at Jammu. Transportation facilities are available from Srinagar to Gulmarg.
