Devotees believe that the Guru had halted here in 1631 during his travel through the Malva region. Main attraction is a historic shrine Gurdwara Guru Sar Mariji Sahib Chheviri Patshahi. Built in 1935, this gurdwara
looks beautiful with a lotus dome and pinnacle, covered with zinc sheets. There is a square tank attached. The Holy Guru Granth Sahib is well preserved in a wooden cabin. The villagers celebrate all Sikh anniversaries with great fervor.
By road, Phalleval village, famous for an old gurdwara, is only 3 km from here.
