Gope is a small village in the
Jamnagar District of
Gujarat. It is around 50 km north-east of
Porbandar, the ‘White City’. It has a 6th century temple with a pyramidal shikhara roof. Gope has a very pleasant climate. Agriculture is the mainstay of the people. Cotton, groundnut, bajra, gram, wheat and jowar are some of the major crops.
Jamnagar Airport and Jamnagar Railway Station are the nearest access points.
