Gopalpur

Gopalpur is located in Bardhaman District of West Bengal, about 5 km east of the industrial town of Durgapur. Malandighi is to the north, Panagarh to the south-east and Palashdanga to the south. National Highway 2 passes nearby this town.

Durgapur Barrage, Kumarmangalam Park, 12th century Panagarh Fort, Vishnu Temple, Amaragarh and Pandu Rajar Dhibi are the attractive spots around.
