Gondla




Gondla is a beautiful hamlet located at an altitude of 3160 m on the right bank of the Chandra River. It is about 18 km from Keylong, the district headquarters of Lahaul and Spiti District.

The main inhabitants of the village are the Thakurs. The prominent attraction is Gondla Fort, which was built in 1700. The location of the royal houses of the village is attractive. The gompa of this village has historical importance. The fair held in the month of July attracts a large number of visitors.
