Godan




Godan is a special kind of sweet dish prepared by the Nawayath community in Bhatkal. The different varieties of this sweet dish are gova-godan of wheat, muga-godan of green gram, and amatya-godan of hog plums. The common ingredients are jaggery, coconut juice and ghee.
