Gita Dwar

Gita Dwar, a double passageway to the 'land of the Mahabharata', is located at Pipli on the G.T.Road in Kurukshetra. It stands as a symbolic manifestation to the pilgrims reminding them about their entry to Kurukshetra, the land of enlightenment. One can see the statues of Lord Krishna and Arjuna, sitting in a chariot drawn by four galloping horses, mounted on the top of the gate. These fibre glass statues have been made by a team of artists from Delhi.

Kurukshetra Crocodile Center and Kurukshetra Panorama and Science Centre are nearest attractions.
