Girijesher Temple

Girijesher Temple, also known as Mahadev Temple or Shankar Garh, is situated at Dewas, in Madhya Pradesh. It was built by the Dewas Ruler Shrimant Sadashive Rao Maharaja (Khase Saheb) in 1942. This temple is blessed with a number of great Hindu religious personalities �Sant and Mahatmas�. They stayed here from time to time and preached the people of Dewas.
