Geetai Mandir

Geetai Mandir is a unique shrine in Wardha. Noted for its marvelous architecture and ingenious design, the temple takes after ‘Panchatatva’ (air, fire, water, earth and sky) shrines. There are no traditional ceilings and floorings. The façade of the temple resembles a Charkha and the rear structure resembles a cow.

The temple houses the eighteen chapters of Geetai, the Marathi translation of Bhagavad Gita written by Acharya Vinoba Bhave. A small tank can be spotted in the temple. Besides, the temple has on display the items of Shri Jamnalal Bajaj and Aacharya Vinoba Bhave.
