Gaurikund Bus Station

Situated 5 km from Son Prayag, Gaurikund Bus Station is a major bus terminal in the Rudraprayag District. It is 14 km to Kedarnath Temple from here. Gaurikund is connected with Rishikesh, Kotdwar, Haridwar, Dehradun and other important hill areas of Kumaon and Garhwal Himalayas. The station is operated by Uttaranchal State Road Transport Corporation (UASRTC.)

Jolly Grant Airport is the nearest airport and Rishikesh Railway Station is the nearest railhead.

Tourist bungalows, dharamshalas and a PWD inspection house offer good accommodation near the bus station.
