Garhi

Located at an altitude of 1,719 ft, Garhi is a northernmost settlement in Raisen District. It is situated on the Raisen – Begamganj road, about 41 km east of Raisen, the administrative headquarters of the district.

Vidisha (36 km west), Gyaraspur (29 km north), Gairatganj (9 km east) and Dehgaon (11 km south) are the places around. Singhori Wildlife Sanctuary, Sanchi and Raisen Fort are the tourist sites nearby.

Bhopal Airport (85 km) and Sanchi Railway Station serve Garhi.
