Garh Jaipur is situated very close to Jaipur in Purulia District of West Bengal. Chas Road, a town on the National Highway 32, is nearly 10 km to its east. Around 19 km south-east of Garh Jaipur is Purulia. Chas to the north, Bagalia to the east, Arsha to the south, Begunkudar to the south-west are the neighboring towns. The way to this town lies through lush green forests, which are a feast to the eye.
