Garakhiadol Temple



Garakhiadol Temple is a highly revered shrine situated about 7 km from Jorhat in Assam. The presiding deity here is Lord Shiva. The temple is believed to have been built by Swargadeo Siva Singha in 1714. A large number of devotees visit the temple during Mahashivaratri.

Garamurh Satra, Auniati Satra and Kamalabari Satra are the major points of attraction nearby.

Jorhat Town Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
