Gangeshwar Temple




Gangeshwar Temple is a delightful shrine, situated 3 km from Diu, in Fudam village, Daman and Diu. The temple enshrines Lord Shiva as the presiding deity.

Most noteworthy feature of the temple is that there are 5 Shivling located in the midst of the rocks on the seashore, which are washed by the waves of the sea.

It is believed that these lingas were established here by Pandavas, during their exile.
