Galpahari




A picturesque hamlet, Galpahari is situated in Hazaribagh District of Jharkhand. It lies near the National Highway connecting Barkatha and Barhi. Ram Kund, Sita Kund, and Laxman Kund are among the sacred spots located nearby.

Molkoko, Kargo, Chaube, Maskeodil, Barki Dhamral and Nagar Barsot are the neighboring locations.

Barhi, a small town around 19 km south-east of Chauparan on the National Highway 32, is easily accessible from here. The Grand Trunk Road, which was the most important means of military communication between the lower provinces and northern India from 1780 to 1858, passes very close to this village.

By road, Galpahari is well connected with Barkatha and Barhi. Ranchi Airport is the nearest airport.
