G H Patel Institute of Business Management, affiliated to the
Sardar Patel University, was founded in 1982. It is situated at Vallabh Vidyanagar in
Mehsana District,
Gujarat. The college conducts five post graduate diploma courses in the fields of Marketing Management, Finance Management, Personnel Management, Production Management and Business Management. A two year Master of Business Application course is also offered. Teaching methods include lectures, case discussions, presentations, role plays, simulations, in-basket exercises, business games, seminars, field work, computer aided instructions and industrial visits. Workshops and seminars are also conducted. Facilities of the college include large auditorium cum seminar hall, the computer room, library cum reading room, laboratory, and internet.
