Ferozeshah is located in Ferozepur District of Punjab. It lies on the Ferozepur-Moga road and is about 16 km south-east of Ferozepur.
Ferozeshah was the venue of the Anglo Sikh War, one of the most fiercely contested battles fought by the British in India. Anglo-Sikh War Museum set up in 1978 is a major attraction here.
Amritsar International Airport is the nearest airport. Ferozeshah Railway Station is on the Ferozepur - Moga rail route.
