Fatehpur

Fatehpur is a small village that lies on the Bankheri – Lotia road, in Hoshangabad District of Madhya Pradesh. It is located about 8 km south of Bankheri and around 62 km east of Hoshangabad. Bhopal, the state capital, is 138 km north-west.

Satpura National Park, Tawa Dam, Bori Wildlife Sanctuary and the historic site of Pachmarhi are interesting places to visit.

The nearest airport is Bhopal Airport. Itarsi Junction Railway Station serves Fatehpur.
