Farkha

Farkha is a picturesque hamlet located in Lahaul and Spiti District, Himachal Pradesh. It lies at an altitude of about 3,200 m on the Pin Parvati Pass-Kinnaur Kailash trek route in Pin Valley. Farkha is surrounded by pine, birch and rhododendron trees. Pin River flows through the village. Kafnoo, Kara, Mud, Futi, Thangi and Kalpa are nearby tourist destinations. Molling is an ideal base for trekking. Base camps are available. The nearest railway station and airport are at Shimla.
