Faridabad District




Faridabad District of Haryana has an area of 2,151 sq km. It is bounded by the union territory of Delhi in the north, Gurgaon District in the west and state of Uttar Pradesh in the east and south. The Yamuna is the main river which drains the area. Pulses, wheat, paddy and barley are the major crops. Badkhal Lake, Suraj Kund, Aravalli Golf Course, Raja Nahar Singh Palace, Hathin and Dabchick are the famous tourist spots.
