Erumad village is in the Gudalur
taluk of the
Nilgiris District. The distinction of this revenue village is that most of the
Mullu Kurumba hamlets are clustered around here. Kappala, Nedungodu, Onimoola, Kappukkunnu, Narivalappu, Theyakkunni of Erumad Revenue are inhabited by this tribe.
