Embassy of Finland in India is situated at Chanakyapuri, the diplomatic enclave of New Delhi. This magnificent structure displays a remarkable fusion of Indian and Finnish inspiration and material endeavor, of spirit and physical effort. It has been set up to extend both routine and emergency services to Finnish citizens residing or in transit in India and to ensure their overall security and welfare whilst in the country.

Embassy’s functions include issuing emergency passports and immigrant and non-immigrant visas, notarization and attestation, cultural exchange, offering consultancy services for commercial ventures, representing its citizens while talking to local authorities, offering them assistance in case of emergencies and purveying necessary tourist and local information for the needy.

Indira Gandhi International Airport is 15 km to the north-west of Chanakyapuri. The Finnish Embassy is about 12 km to the south-west of New Delhi Railway Station and is around 18 km from the Interstate Bus Stand at Kashmiri Gate.

Office hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 hrs - 13:00 hrs and 13:45 hrs - 17:00 hrs.
Friday 8:30 hrs - 13:45 hrs.
Visa Section open: Monday to Friday 10:00 hrs - 12:00 hrs.
