Elamad is a hamlet in Kollam District of Kerala, bordered by Velinalloor Panchayat on one side. It comes under the Chadayamangalam block administration. Several temples, churches and mosques add attraction to this place.

Agriculture and rubber plantations are the main income of the villagers. Cashew factories are found in abundance here. Nearby significant places are Oyoor and Ambalamkunnu. Ayoor, Anchal, Kottarakara and Punalur are easily accessible from here.
