Edapazhanji



Edapazhanji is a busy residential area situated near Pangode, in Thiruvananthapuram. 'Pazhanji', an old Malayalam word, means low-lying marshes. The word 'Edapazhanji' refers ‘the land in between low-lying marshes.’

Edapazhanji Subramanya Temple is a main attraction here. Pangode Sree Dharma Sastha Temple and Sree Kavil Bhagavathy Temple are nearby. Vazhuthacaud and Jagathy are within a kilometer radius of Edapazhanji.

Edapazhanji is around 5 km away from both Thiruvananthapuram Central Bus Station and Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station. Trivandrum International Airport is about 12 km away.
