EDARCH (Entrepreneurship Development and Rehabilitation Center for the Handicapped), a social organization, commenced its activities in Pune, Maharashtra. It concentrates mostly on the rehabilitation of the mentally retarded, blind, orthopedically handicapped and deaf persons to make them self reliant. The organization imparts medical aid, special technical aid and vocational training to the groups of disabled persons.
