Dugghri is a sacred village in
Rupnagar District, about 5 km from
Chamkaur Sahib. This place is a renowned center for Sikhs and is said to have been visited by
Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib and
Guru Gobind Singh Sahib. In order to preserve the memory of the Guru's visit, Gurdwara Patshahi Nauvin Te Dasvin has been built here.
