Duggan Valley




Duggan is a picturesque valley perched at an altitude of 7000 ft in Kathua District. Measuring 1 x 5 km in area, it looks viridescent with its thick forest cover, comprising mainly of Chir and Deodar trees. Cold winter and pleasant summer marks the climate.

An ancient Nag temple situated here a major draw. The annual yatra to Kailash Kund commences from here.

The valley is located on the way from Bani to Dhaggar.
