Doonagiri Mela is an important fair held in
Almora District of
Uttaranchal. It takes place at the famous Durga Temple in
Doonagiri, about 52 km north of
Ranikhet.
This mela is usually celebrated during the festival of Navratri. Thousands of devotees from far and near throng the temple during this fair.
