Domkach is an indigenous dance form of
Bihar. It is performed exclusively by the women folk. On the occasion of a wedding, the friends and relatives along with the groom proceed in a procession towards the bride’s house. The women stay behind in the groom’s house. They celebrate the occasion with this special kind of dance.
