Diwan-e-Aam



Diwan-e-Aam, the hall of public audience, was located in the center of the Agra Fort in Agra. Built by Shah Jahan in 1628, it is a pavilion supported by 40 carved pillars where the emperor sat down with his subjects to hear their complaints. This hall is made of red sandstone.

Nagina Masjid is close to Diwan-e-Aam.
