District Archaeological Museum Warangal




District Archaeological Museum, established in 1991, is situated in Warangal, Andhra Pradesh. The museum showcases a wide range of artifacts including sculptures, pre historic antiquities, manuscripts (palm leaf), arms and weapons, fossils, early historic antiquities coins, Bidriware, terracotta, stuccos, chinaware, enamelware, paintings, miniature paintings and sculptures, epigraphs, copper plates, grants and bronzes. The museum has a well-stocked library.

Bhagvan Mahavir Museum is open from 10:30 to 17:00 hrs on all days, except Fridays and public holidays.

Warangal Junction Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
