Dina

Dina is a historic village located about 15 km south of Nihalsinghvala in Faridkot District. Tradition says that Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh guru, had stayed here for a few days in 1705. Gurdwara Lohgarh Sahib was built here to commemorate his visit. Every year on Maghi, a religious fair is held here. Besides, all major Sikh anniversaries are celebrated with much pomp and fanfare. By road, Kangar is 2 km south of Dina. The nearest airport is Amritsar International Airport.
