Dimna Lake, located at the foot of
Dalma Hills, is 13 km from
Jamshedpur in
Jharkhand. It was constructed by Tata Steel, and is the water reservoir for its plant.
The lake provides superb boating facilities, and its hygienic surrounding makes it an ideal venue for day trips. Dalma Wildlife Sanctuary is nearby.
The best time to visit here is from December to January.
