Dili Terang




Dili Terang is situated in Karbi Anglong District of Assam, close to the National Highway 54. Some of the neighboring places are Dikrum (13 km) in the west, Jengpata (13 km) in the north and Barpathar (20 km) in the east.

Barpathar, where archeologists have excavated the remains of an 8th century temple made of square bricks, and a stone inscription of Brahmi characters belonging to the 5th century, is a site worth visiting. Also, Dili Terang has easy access to the hot water springs and Garampani Wildlife Sanctuary at Garampani, and Kaziranga National Park.

Dimapur Airport and Furkating Junction Railway Station are the nearest airport and railway station.
