Dhwaj is a major tourist spot in
Pithoragarh, situated at an elevation of 2100 m above sea level. It is a beautiful place offering a panoramic view of the
Panchchuli Peaks and Nandadevi peaks of the
Himalayas. The place can be reached after a 4 km long steep and tough climb from Totanaula. Jayanti Temple, dedicated to
Lord Shiva and Maa Jayanti, is another point of attraction.
