Dharmamurthi Rao Bahadur Calavala Cunnan Chetty's Hindu College is located at Pattabiram in
Chennai District. It was established in July, 1969. It is affiliated to the
University of Madras. In 1995, an evening college for higher education was also started.
Under graduate and post graduate courses in Arts, Science, Commerce, and Mathematics are offered. Apart from these, BBA and BCA courses are also provided.
The college has a modern library with a wide collection of books on various disciplines. Other services include National Cadet Corps (NCC) and National Service Scheme (NSS). The Seethamma Institute of Management and Computer Applications (SIMCA) that conducts various computer courses is available in the campus. Yoga, German, and spoken English classes are also conducted.
