Dhaan Naach




Also known as Yaa-LakMaa, Dhaan Naach is a folk dance performed by the Nepali community. The word 'yaa' means paddy and 'LakMaa' means a dance. This perennial dance is performed throughout the year, especially while threshing rice straws after harvest. It is also performed in small local markets and during feasts and festivals.
