Deobhog is a taluk headquarters in the extreme southern part of Raipur District. It is around 150 km south of Raipur.

It lies near the district’s border with Orissa. Sitanadi Wildlife Sanctuary is a major tourist spot nearby.

Raipur Airport is the nearest airport. Dhamtari Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
