Den'Bilsia

Git chip ong Roka or A' Siroka

Den'Bilsia, alternately Git chip ong Roka or A' Siroka, is a ritual invocation to the goddess Mini Rokime. This is celebrated to propitiate the Mother Goddess of crops. A fowl is sacrificed to please the goddess. During the time all villagers participate in sweeping the village clean. Prayers are offered at the boundary of the fields.
