Dehing Patkai Festival is celebrated in eastern
Assam in the month of January every year. The name of the festival is derived from the lofty
Patkai range and the playful Dehing River. The festival is a mix of ethnic fairs, golfing activities, tea heritage tours, adventures sports, wildlife excursions and trips to World War II cemeteries.
