Dandalam Khel




Dandalam Khel is a popular folk dance of Goa. It is mostly prevalent in Salcette in South Goa District. The men belonging to the Kunbi tribe perform this dance during festive occasions and carnivals.

The dancers hold long wooden sticks and strike it in rhythm with the accompanying folk songs. The movements are fast and fascinating.
