Danavulpadu

Danavulpadu was a famous Jain pilgrimage center in Cuddapah District of Andhra Pradesh. There are a number of Jain shrines in this area. Several Jain memorial stones seen at Danavulpadu date back to the 14th century. A ruined idol of Bhagvan Parshwanatha in the Kayotsarga posture is found in one of the shrines. Another idol of Choumukha Tirthankar is also found here.
