Dal Banjari

Dal Banjari is a rich preparation of soaked whole black lentils with gram dal. It is quite filling because of the inherent nature of black lentils rich in proteins, and the manner in which it is cooked. This dish of rich consistency has a nice flavor of pure organic ghee. It tastes good with a satisfying soup course with buttery croutons or crusty white bread and cheese on the side.
