Dakshineswar Kali Temple




Dakshineswar Kali Temple is a shrine dedicated to Goddess Kali. The temple built by Bengalis residing in Chennai is also known as Kali Bari, which in Bengali means, 'the house of Goddess Kali'. Situated at Mambalam, the temple has a meditation hall where religious programs are organized. The main festivals celebrated in this temple are Durga Puja, Navratri and Kalipuja which falls on Diwali.
