College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, started functioning from 1998 with headquarters at
Mannuthy, is the second veterinary college under the
Kerala Agricultural University. The aim of the college is teaching and research in the field of veterinary and animal sciences. The college offers BVSc and AH course.
The college is situated at Pookode near Vythiri, just off the National Highway 212, in Wayanad District.
