Codar

The town of Codar is near the border of Ponda and Sanguem taluks, in North Goa District. Betora is nearly 3 km west and Usgao is 6 km north.

Shree Nagesh Maharoudra Temple, Shantadurga temple and Safa Shahouri Masjid can be visited while in Codar.

The place can be approached from Goa Airport and Verna Railway Station. By road, Codar is linked with nearby prominent places. National Highway 4A passes close by.
