Chutak




Placed at an altitude of 15,262 ft above sea level, Chutak is a scenic place in Leh District. It lies to the south-east of Leh and is 30 km away from Mudil.

Chutak is flanked by Takh on the west and Puga on the east. The northern and southern parts are bordered by Pongunagu and Karzok respectively. The place, with its steep and barren hills is an attractive location catering to all kinds of tourists.

Chutak can be reached from Sir Bhum Chun.
